GEM Services
Masonry BIM
We coordinated with other trades to ensure the proper integration of masonry elements into the overall building design.
3D Models
GEM utilized Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to create LOD 400 3D models of the masonry components, allowing for accurate visualization and clash detection with other building systems.
AEC Collaboration
Collaborated with architects, structural engineers and MEPF Trades to optimize the design of the masonry walls, ensuring they met all safety and code requirements.
Project Updates and Communication
The GEM BIM team monitored the construction progress, regularly updating the models to reflect any changes or modifications made on-site, and communicated these updates with the project stakeholders.
