Eddie Gelineau, Principal
Eddie is a veteran of the US Army, formerly an Air Traffic Controller with a degree in Technology Leadership. He has a background working with high-level entrepreneurs such as Garrett Camp, the founder of Uber. This inspired him to go into business.
Currently, Eddie is the Principal and Managing Member of GEM. He oversees the organization's overall business strategy and guidance—providing leadership, management, and strategy to the business. He directs operational improvement across all areas of the company and is responsible for creating a long-term and short-term strategic financial plan that has proven successful.
Matt Gelineau, Principal
Matt is a BIM Specialist with a strong background in Building Information Modeling, Electrical drafting and design, Masonry drafting and design, and Architectural drafting and design. He has been highly successful at managing projects on schedule and within budget throughout his career. As a BIM manager, he effectively developed and empowered his employees to achieve a high level of performance and productivity.
Matt is currently the Principal and Director of Training with GEM. He directs the daily operations across the agency to ensure quality output and alignment with the financial model, workflow structure, processes and procedures, resources, and tools. He takes a hands-on approach to managing all projects with high efficiency and final delivery on schedule and within budget.

Nelson Arave, NCARB, is an accomplished and licensed architect with extensive experience in the construction industry. He provides eye-catching architectural renderings and virtual reality animations using the latest 3D Building Information Technology (BIM). He can design and deliver high-quality construction documents for your building project.
Nelson is responsible for overseeing all architectural projects during every phase. He also produces technical drawings for permitting. He is responsible for reviewing each assigned scope of work and determining the total project timeline to organize our projects' phase breakdown effectively.
